Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all products leave our premises in perfect condition,and well packaged, mistakes or accidents can happen.

If the goods that you have received are broken or unsuitable in any way, you must inform us in writing (Email is fine too) within seven days of receiving them.


As long as goods were NOT a bespoke item that we had manufactured especially for you, we would give a full refund, and refund in full the cost of the outward postage.


If most/all the goods are broken then we may ask for photographic evidence in order to make an insurance claim. In this case we would give a full refund without the need for the broken goods to be returned to us.



If the goods are simply not what you expected, we would ask you to return them to us, and we will issue a full refund to you on receipt of the goods.


Refunds are usually done directly via the credit/debit card, or you can ask for a cheque to be posted.


We are not a huge company, and we like to think that almost any niggles regarding our products can be resolved in a friendly and cooperative manner
