Returns Policy

14 days where applicable

If the item is not what you wanted or doesn't quite fit you can return it back to us for a full refund minus return delivery costs, if we pay for return delivery, or a full refund if you pay for the return delivery. Just put your full name and address on a note in the box with a brief explanation to let us know why you are returning the item.

If you prefer, we can arrange and pay for the return delivery but this will be deducted from your final refund. The amount deducted from your final refund will be the delivery cost of the item stated on your invoice.

If we supply you with a damaged or faulty item, an item that is not as described or has been miss-sold in any way we will pay for the return delivery and issue a full refund.
